1. Customers can return their order within 05 days of the order delivery.
2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. The product amount will be credited back to customer dresstler.co.in Wallet/ Bank A/c as requested within 4-5 days of product pickup
4.COD Charges charged at time of Order Placement is non Refundable.
5. To schedule a return, please write Refund request in view order message box after login or write to your order number and mobile number to dresstler.official@gmail.com
6. All clearance sale products can only be replaced, no returns.
7. No Courier charges for replacement and Store Credits. Rs 100 handling charges will be levied in case of Bank Refund.
8.Incase of wrong Bank Details intimation will be sent for the same. If we didn’t receive the reply for the same in 7 days the amount will be transferred to your Dresstler Wallet/Store Credit
9. Do not accept the package if damaged or tempered’.
10. Please share otp with courier executive only in case of Cancellation of Order.
11. Request for Refund or Exchange for orders for which customers had already taken store credit for same Order id 2 times will not be entertained
12. In case of missing product/wrong product received share the unpackaging video within 24 hours of delivery
